A very warm welcome from Brian Lee (Chairman of the Morgan Sports Car club) and Peter Forrest (Chairman of the MOG Steering Committee) to a relaxed and enjoyable weekend at MOG 2010, which is being based in the Peak District spa town of Buxton, in the North West of Derbyshire. The dates are June 18th to 20th, and we plan a weekend extravaganza to include numerous scenic runs, an abundance of tourist attractions, walks, theatre options, gymkhana, concours, dinners, dancing, musical entertainment and lots more. All this based around an Edwardian Spa town and located in a quiet unspoilt part of rural England of great charm and variety.

STOP PRESS The Friday night and Saturday night events at the Barceló Palace Hotel are now fully booked. The Barceló Palace Hotel also has a large restaurant, which is situated at the front of the hotel. We have agreed with the hotel that for a special price of £20 per person for a 3 course meal Morgan Club members can dine in this restaurant, between 1830 and 2100, but need to pre-book. The menu is the normal restaurant menu with choices for each course. This facility will be available on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night. There is also a Sunday lunchtime carvery and members can dine between 1230 and 1400 (1 course@£7.95 pp, 2courses@£11.44 pp, 3 Courses@£15.95 pp), with pre-booking advised. Also available, right click and save the additional MSCC Lounge Menu for light lunches and snacks, from 1000 to 2200.
