2009 Annual General Meeting of FoxMog Centre (11th October, West Haddon)

4. Officers' Reports for 2008/09
Chairman:
Thanked the many members who contributed, especially Rob and Sue and Paul and Sue. Said the centre was very successful and thanked the secretary and (to add to his extensive collection) presented him with a bottle of Single Malt.
Secretary:
Reported average attendance running at 24 per meeting, with a high of 34 and a low of 19. Extra events besides the monthly noggin had been attendance at a Jaguar event, a scenic run, and a trip to Wilmslow. The summer holiday to Suffolk and Norfolk had gone well, and plans were well forward for 2010, with a trip to North Yorkshire being completed at Buxton for the MOG2010 celebration.
Regalia & Treasurer:
Rob advised the current balance is £211.99 (not bad for a centre with no subs) being the profit from sales of regalia. Another badge run to be ordered (ivory and teal), and button badges may be added (but no ties or scarves). Car covers are available in black cotton, and we may go for a flag or banner. Also agreed donation to be made to Rob and Sue for cake costs, and to the Morgan Statue fund.

6. Format for our meetings - Every one happy with current pattern
7. Any Other Business: Rob recorded admiration of Tony (with Jenny) Lees' magnificent competitive racing in his Morgan, and we encourage them to join us at our noggins when they can. The cake was distributed and we sang ourselves a Happy Birthday (the 5th).
