With regard to the issue of Creation, readers should be aware that there are many, scientists included, who believe in creation as a credible model of origins, more because of the evidence observable scientifically than because of religious faith. This is certainly the body to use if you come across an illegal site and you wish the proper authorities to take action against it. Going slightly more broadly, there is INCORE, an organisation for Internet Content Rating for Europe. There is a body aimed specifically at the protection of children, called Childnet International. The best place to read about the standards being developed for self rating of sites is the Platform for Internet Content Selection (PICS). If you are a parent considering installing filtering software, which will block access to certain sites, you have an amazing choice. A Google search on 'Blocking and Filtering' yields many links.
